Who is providing this notice?

Companies within DNB National Bank that have adopted this Privacy Statement are DNB National Bank, DNB Insurance Inc., and DNB Solutions, Inc.

What we do

How does DNB protect my personal information?

To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings. We also limit access to information to those employees for whom access is necessary.

How does DNB collect my personal information?

  • pay your bills or apply for a loan, or insurance policy

What happens when I limit sharing for an account I hold jointly with someone else?

Your choices will apply individually – unless you tell us otherwise.

Definitions

Affiliates

Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

  • Our affiliates include companies with a DNB name.

Nonaffiliates

Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

  • DNB does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.

Joint Marketing

A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

  • DNB does not jointly market.

As part of our ongoing commitment to safeguarding sensitive information, we are enforcing a one-time passcode (OTP) with email on October 29, 2025, for Online Banking transactions of:

  • Instant enrollment
  • Transfers of $10K and above
  • User profile updates

Our offices will be closed Tuesday, November 11, in observance of Veteran's Day.
